For dinner you can chose 1 of the following menu:
Meat meal

Antipasto/hors-d'oeuvre:
crostini con paté di fegatini di pollo/toasted bread with home made chicken liver pate
Ingredients: chicken liver, onions, salt, capers, anchovies and bay leaves 
Crostini con paté di olive/toasted bread with home-made olive pate.
Ingredients: black olives, anchovies garlic, fennel seeds and capers. 
Primo piatto/first course:
pasta all'amatriciana 
Ingredients: rigatoni with tomato sauce, bacon, pecorino cheese, garlic, salt and wine. 
Secondo piatto/Main course: polpette al sugo/meatballs with tomato sauce. 
Ingredients: beef and pork minced meat, eggs, bread, garlic, nutmeg, parsley, salt and black pepper; fried and then cooked in tomato sauce. 
Contorno/Side course:
insalata mista/mixed salad
Dolce/Dessert:
Crostata di amarene. 
Home made tart with cherry jam. 
Pane/bread, vino della casa bianco o rosso a scelta/red or white house wine at your choice. 

Vegeterian meal

Ingredients: artichokes, garlic parsley and salt.  
Formaggio stagionato con confettura di cipolle/ aged cheese with home-made onion confit.

Orecchiette con verdure e pecorino/
Ingredients: orecchiette (typical pasta from the region of Puglia), egg-plants, zucchini, red peppers, onions, thyme, bay leaves marjoram, garlic, tomato sauce, salt and pecorino cheese.  
Secondo piatto/Main course:
polpette di melanzane/ vegetable meatless “meatballs” 
Ingredients: egg-plants, bread, potatoes, pecorino cheese, eggs, garlic, flour and salt. 
Contorno/Side course:
insalata mista/mixed salad

Primo piatto/first course: spaghetti con moscardini/spaghetti with octopus 
Ingredients: spaghetti, octopus, tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt. 
Secondo piatto/Main course:
Sauté di cozze/sauted mussels
Ingredients: mussels, fresh tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, parsley and salt.

While in Rome together, me and my boyfriend Rob (soon dubbed Roberto) also wanted to get a taste of the Italian life away from the tourists and discovered this possibility to share the dinner table at home. We opted for Rocco and Fabio as they offered an exciting menu for a good value and the guest reviews were so enthusiastic. We were met by a joyous "ciao" from Fabio calling us from the rooftop, making us smile already. Rocco, Fabio and their friends welcomed us with aperitifs and offered a beautiful dinner table on their lovely Roman terrace. Rocco is a really talented and cheerful cook, the food was absolutely delicious and very generously accompanied with great wines and limoncello. Fabio is a most sympathetic host who speaks english really well, and so together with their invited friends they offered us an unforgettable evening in a totally relaxed atmosphere. Very much recommended!

We had a really lovely time with Rocco and Fabio. They have a gorgeous place with a terrace that feels like a little slice of paradise in the busy city. The food was plentiful and delicious. We opted for the vegetarian choice and were not disappointed in the least. The wine and the conversation flew easily as we shared stories. Definitely recommend an evening with them if you're in Rome!

The hosts communicated well, met me at the station and introduced me to some of their friends. The food was as described, absolutely delicious and plentiful. Drinks were flowing and conversation was great. Most of the guests were Italian and although I don't speak Italian, I still had fun. It was a really good experience and I would absolutely recommend it to others. If you want a taste of true Rome, eat with Romans in their own home! :)

Fabio met us on the street near the apartment and led us into a exquisite night of cheese, wine, specifically designed birthday tarts, limoncello cream, and excellent conversation in a cozy Roman terrace. It was a lovely experience of warm pasta and warm hosts. I had planned this for my hysbsnd's bitthday and he absolutely loved it. Thank you Rocco and Fabio for a beautiful night.

First of all Fabio and Rocco were awesome hosts!!! Fabio met us at the subway station to take us to their apartment. Their friend Lorraine joined us. The 5 of us hit it off. What started a good conversation quickly turned into an amazing meal!! Artichoke spread on bread and cheeses to start. The pasta course was incredible and the portions were HUGE!! Some vegetarian meatballs were next with salad, both amazing!! For desert Rocco made a home made pie, absolutely amazing!!! Throw in good wine and Lemoncello to round out the evening. Fabio even drove us back to the subway to ensure we caught a train before it closed. Overall this was a definite highlight of our time in Rome!!! Book dinner with Fabio & Rocco!!!!
