I make organic bean to bar dark chocolate with locally sourced ingredients. We will go through the history of chocolate, how cacao is cultivated and processed, and you will make your own bars, bonbons and chocolate creations.
No Children under the age of 8.
I live in a small rural village near Central America's highest peak, Cerro Chirripo. There are several artisans in our area who make cheeses, hot sauce, soaps, artisan breads, and jams and preserves. Many of the neighbors have elaborate gardens with fresh, organic produce. There are several local farmers markets regularly throughout the week where we can purchase fruits and vegetables to prepare amazing meals.
