ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
You will experience a unique raw plantbased gourmet menu, in a special XVIII century atmosphere. The menu will include two appetizers, two main dishes and a dessert. You will taste raw gourmet cuisine at its best, so that it will be both a sensual and emotional experience. The dishes will be paired with a selection of high quality italian natural wines. Cristina and I will take care of every detail to let you spend a very special evening. And thanks to a collaboration with a prestigious Art Gallery in Rome, in conjunction with The dinner you will Be able to admire The works of chosen talented contemporary artists.
Please note we require a minimum of 5 people to conduct this experience. Do get in touch with us even if you're lesser than 5 people so that if we're hosting our dinner around your dates, we can arrange your dining experience with our other guests.
ABOUT THELOCATION
You will enter a very special location in Rome. A XVIII century palace on the historical Mura Aureliane near the city center. To reach Cristina's apartment you will walk through an amazing garden with a very interesting botanical diversity.

It was one of the most memorable culinary experiences of our life! The raw vegan dinner was not only exquisitely presented, it was truly delicious. Every dish was a work of art with an amazing combination of tastes, colors and textures. The setting for the dinner was marvelous, a beautiful space, curated by a very talented architect.
