The menus are based on: vegetables from the vegetable boat next door or my mums garden, fresh fish, Grandma´s Risotto recepies, home made pasta, herbs and spzces from around the world, love.

On the menu might be...:

Antipasto: "Chichetti Veneziani"
Home marinated anchovies on polenta
buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes from the garden
Chips of blue rice with baccala (tradtitonal venetian way of cooking stockfish)
Polpette (meet or fish or vegetable balls)
Grilled, fried or au gratin fresh and seasonable vegetables
Bruchetta (mums recepy)
Parmigiana (fried Aubergine baked with tomatoes and parmesan)

First course
Home made Pasta with fish or vegetables on an italian sauce
Ravioli filled with italian cheese (of cause home made), orange sauce and mint
Grandma`s Risotto (depending on seasonal ingredienrs)
Gnocci home made with fish or vegetables, basil and sun dried tomatoes

Second course:
Oven baked Brazino (local fish) with potatoes and a Venetian dip
Scampi au gratin with lemon sauce
Tempura
Sepia in nero (squid in his own juice - classic dish in Venice)

Dessert:
Strawberry Tiramisu
Panna Cotta with Rosemary
Fruit tarte with Vanilla cream
Tipical cookies served with local sweet wine
