I've always travelled for curiosity and to discover the world cuisines. I'm always delighted to cook for others and this is not only a great passion I have, but also an occasion to pass on the value of my roots, of tradition. I do so opening my home, welcoming people from all over the world to our family dinner table, so to reciprocally enrich ourselves. In my daily life I do a totally different job, I love my children, reading and dieting, no, that is not for me! But this is a different story...
