For us Italians it is a very special dinner. Together we'll count down to midnight, celebrating with a bottle of prosecco. And obviously good food! Tradition with innovation. This is the concept of my cuisine, based on three components: fresh home made pasta, fresh fish, vegetables of the local market and of my garden. I use to serve ( like in my family) many courses.
