ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Being diagnosed with celiac disease or being gluten intolerant definitely makes it hard to find good food, but that doesn't mean you can't eat well or taste authentic Tuscan cuisine.

I invite you for a cooking class, with seasonal ingredients and prepared in a traditional way. I use fresh and natural ingredients to prepare my food, without chemicals or gluten-containing flour. Normally i use organic barley, corn flour, or quinoa buckwheat. I am also qualified by ASL and AIC.
We can prepare also risotto, gnocchi, and the real cantuccini GLUTEN FREE!!

ABOUT THELOCATION

I can host you at my home, 15 minutes from historical center in Florence. I have a nice kitchen and a preatty patio with aromatic erbs!
