We are Massimo and Maria, and we have been married for over 25 years. Maria has been a dancer for many years, and then a fitness instructor. Massimo is an Italian, and a native Roman who has worked in several luxury hotels and starred restaurants. His real passion is gourmet food, and to pursue this passion, he has attended several top culinary classes, and nothing makes him happier than cooking for others. With BonAppetour, we want to give you the unique opportunity to eat at a local family's elegant household in Genazzano, 40 kilometers only from Rome (on request, we also provide round trip transportation from/to Rome by deluxe minibus or limousine). Paraprhasing William Butler Yeats, we could say that by us there are no strangers, but only friends you haven't met yet. Our wish is to serve you with the most traditional and authentic Italian recipes. Sitting around the table, chatting and laughing in a relaxed, English-speaking environment, is the best way to delve and partecipate in a precious moment of Italian daily life. Our apartment is quite elegant, not so small and filled with paintings and tapestries. If you are visiting Rome and can't decide where to eat, or you want to eat something special, but somehow you end up eating at an ordinary restaurant in Rome, where they overcharge you and claim that you are eating an "authentic" Italian meal, try a dining experience at our Home Restaurant.
