We start with the presentation of the classic Ragu Bolognese, then we have the presentations of the unique tastes of Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Dinner with the traditional cuisine from Bologna:
•Coctail di scampi (Shrimps)
•Trionfo di Scamponi al sale di Cervia
•Tagliatelle calamari e spinaci
•Branzino or orata al forno
•Sorbetto di limone
•Tiramisu Big Carlo style
•Water and excellent wines (Spumante and Red Wines “Riserva”)

For each course the dishes are prepared at the table directly from the pan in front of the diners, just as we once used to do in families of Bologna.

Lessons are held in Italian, English or Français
