A tasty, generous, organic and traditional roman dinner topped with a Close up and mentalism performance .

ABOUT THEMENU

The menu will include a starter, a second course , a side dish , a dessert , coffee and homemade liquor.
An example menu could a medley of cured meats, grilled vegetables and cheese over lots of bruschette . The main course could be either a pasta dish ( ie. courgettes carbonara ) or a meat ( or fish ) course ( ie. stuffed poussin with a balsamis reduction ). The side dish would be a seasonal vegetable dish , and the dessert ( as everything else ) strictly home made . The liquors also ( ie. nocino ) are home made . The wine ( red or white is on the house ( 1 litre per 4 guests ).

ABOUT THELOCATION

A listed old building block , built in the 30`s by Mussolini . The location has been made famous by several artists ( ie Pasolini ) and many movie directors ( which shooted on location here ) . The area is Monteverde , which is very close to the center of town and the Vatican in particular .
