I went to hotel school in Canteleu Georges Baptiste High School in 2010 and I got my qualification and I joined a training kitchen after many internships in companies like bistro cuisine. I also got a permanent contract during my apprenticeship at the Saint Nicolas and was a chef. My days off are dedicated to my passion where I give cooking lessons based on themes - this could range from traditional French cuisine to African cuisine. When more guests are present, I arrange for a license to organise demonstrations in the markets with fishmongers or showcase unique products.
