This way, we make sure you get a hands-on experience with our cooking methods, traditional tools and techniques, using spices and learn what a typical local diet is. Most importantly, you will get a good experience so that you can cook Sri Lankan food at home for your family and friends. Again, we make it little more interesting by cooking in clay pots, which has lot of benefits that you will learn during the class. Further, your authentic cooking class is conducted in a local house where you can enhance your experience with traditional equipment and tools while learning about the local dining etiquettes and serving of food.
