ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
Growing up with grandmother who is a serious home chef, I have learnt good quality ingredients are the soul to great food. Thus cooking has been a passion since my teens; and I am most happy to share my home menu with foodies from all over the globe.
Some examples of my Chinese dishes are my signature roast pork belly, yuzu-honey prawns, soy chicken, steam mushroom & minced pork, Hakka yam abacus, seabream in black bean sauce. and steamed prawns.
