ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Join me to learn how to cook and savour the taste of Thai dishes. Thai cuisine places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and is known for being spicy. In this class, you will learn the techniques of making Thai dishes. The cooking session will invigorate you with the scents of spices and herbs. Thai dishes are known for its balance of the four fundamental taste senses in each dish: hot, sour, sweet, salty. In addition, you will get to enjoy wines and dine on the Thai recipes prepared during the class.

ABOUT THEMENU

The tantalising Royal Banquet experience is translated into the spectacular Thai dishes. You can expect cooking with fresh ingredients and sensual spices. The dishes include fish cakes with red nam jam, Larb Gai (a refreshing salad), Thai Green Beef curry, and a whole snapper baked with lime and chilli. We will end the elaborate Thai indulgence with a serving of an interesting dessert - the black sticky rice with coconut cream and caramelised fresh coconut.

The class can be adapted to gluten free and participants are to advise ahead of time.
