We will meet at 12 noon at my place, and after a welcome glass of wine or homemade Ice-Tea, we will start cooking the authentic Seafood Paella.
We will first prepare a fish stock then we will prepare the ingredients for the paella and finally we will cook it on our terrace.
This is a 100% hands on class with fresh and local ingredients, all of them bought the same morning at our next door market.
The experience includes the cooking class, the lunch and local wine or other beverages from the beginning until the end (also you will be offered a coffee/tea after the meal) and the secret recipe of the paella.
In between a cooking class and a typical Catalan lunch, expect something different from this experience: you will leave with a big smile, a full belly and some new cooking skills to share back home!
