ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Tasting Pompeii Tour is a 30 minutes guided tour of the 4 hectares of vineyards and wine cellars next to a Roman Necropolis of 79 AD, among History, Nature and Elegant Cellar. This tour provides 5 stages:

Experimental Vineyard
Archeological Site next to the estate
The Bourbons water channel
Wine-Making premises
Refining Room equipped with Barrels and Amphora

At the end in the Winery Dining Room you'll have a wine and typical products tasting. And, if you want, you can buy our wines and Vesuvius' typical gastronomic products at fair price.

ABOUT THEMENU

Tasting Pompeii Tour starts from 11:00 a.m. and every 30 minutes. After the tour there is the wine and typical products tasting.
We offer two options:

Basic Ticket that includes the guided tour and the tasting of two wine with a Typical Menu (Tasting of extra virgin Olive Oil "Bosco de' Medici" DOP; Bruschette with tomatoes, Provolone with Apricot Jam, Salami,Parma Ham, Mozzarella, Eggplants, Parmigiana, Pasta Timbale; Paccheri Pasta with Vesuviuo Piennolo Tomatoes and Basil; Babà with Limoncello and pastry cream; Spumante Vesuvius; Lavaflava - Vesuvio Doc Lacryma Christi Bianco, Lavarubra - Vesuvio Doc Lacryma Christi Rosso)
