ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Learn how to make mochi and traditional Japanese Sweets. This 2.5-hour course will teach you how to make two popular mochi dishes, plus two kinds of traditional Japanese sweets (nerikiri wagashi) that are served during the tea ceremony. T At the end of the course you will be able to taste the sweets with a bowl of matcha green tea.

ABOUT THEMENU

We will be making the three-color dango (mochi on skewers) and Strawberry daifuku mochi (mochi with strawberry and bean paste filling) then we will go on to making nerikiri wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) using rice flour and bean paste. The motif will be seasonal. The whole course is vegan. Other fruits will be used when strawberries are not in season.
