I was inspired to create my own menu after seeing my dear friends from the U.A.E. struggle to find Muslim-friendly food in Japan.
I have lived in the U.A.E. for two and a half years. I want to use my knowledge of both Japanese and Middle Eastern food culture to create a Japanese menu that can be enjoyed by everyone without any worries and that can be reproduced in their home country. This menu is also suitable to anyone who seek healthy & satisfying Japanese dishes.

My "Muslim-friendly" menu is:
- no meat
- no meat-related condiments
- no alcoholic condiments
- using Halal certified condiments as much as possible in Japan
- no gelatin
