ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
Come and try a five course dinner, where my special signature dishes will be served. Some examples include Mediterranean rainbow salad, grilled garlicy-herby Sakura chicken, pasta with homemade pesto, pasta marinara, grilled garlicy salmon, and organic oatmeal apple-banana crumble.
I use top quality ingredients like award winning extra virgin olive oil (Frantoi Cutrera) from Sicily, Italy, Australian probiotic and grass-fed beef, New Zealand organic eggs, wild seafood, organic pasta, homemade pesto made with Californian pine nuts and walnuts and assorted herbs from my little herb garden, as well as parmigiano and pecorino romano cheese.
