Offering to you a 4 course meal that is very typical to the Aosta Valley region.
I will be serving the Mocetta (which is the dried beef or ibex seasoned with mountain herbs), potato dumpling with excellent fondue cheese. The cheese from Aosta valley, such as Fontina Dop, are renowned for their excellent quality and are used for many recipes like fondue. I will also be making the carbonade (stewed meat with wine, onions and spices) and we will end it off with a special dessert!
I would also love to offer other traditional dishes lile the Salami (a type of Aosta Valley sausage cooked with boiled potatoes, lard, seasoning, and the reputed Bosses ham) or the delicious panna cotta with Wildberry.
