My daughter and I had an amazing experience with Rosaria and her mom, Annabella. What a wonderful way to spend a day. We learned how to make chitarra pasta and ravioli and some fabulous bread dumplings (there was an Italian name for these, but of course I cannot remember what it is !)....To finish it off, Anabella made some delicious biscotti that we enjoyed with coffee and limoncello. Not only was the cooking experience fantastic, but Rosaria and Annabella have a true love for family and for their region in Abruzzo. They welcomed us into their home and shared it with us as if we were their family as well. Their happiness was infectious. We felt welcome from the first moment we met them! I feel as if I have made lifelong friends! If you have an opportunity to enjoy a day with them, please do so. You will not be sorry! We loved the cooking class with Rosaria this summer!!! We took our kids (4 and 6 years old) and they also enjoyed the time we spent at Rosaria's home. Rosaria is so nice, funny and special! We learned a lot about authentic Italian cooking and everything was so very delicious! Wow! The wine, the houmous, the pasta and the gnocchi! I recommend this experience to everyone who loves the italian food. We still use the recipes of Rosaria at home. Especially the biscotti are favourite with our friends and family. We hope to come back again but also try to get Rosaria to our county once to give cooking classes to the dutch people.

You will learn lots, including little tips and professional secrets to take your skill to a new level. And at the end, you get to sit and enjoy the food you have cooked together, in an atmosphere of conviviality and friendship. Truly excellent!
