ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

The evening will be targeted to the knowledge of the interaction between food and energy, our life energy! The menu will include 6 courses, each with a color corresponding to a chakra (the best known energy centers in our body). The chakras are 7, the seventh being connected to spirituality, the evening will conclude with a brief meditation, which correspond to the seventh magnitude.

ABOUT THEMENU

The menu will be composed of:

1- Fruitarian red colored aperitif (root chakra)
Pomegranate and blood oranges extract, with red fruits salad

2- Raw orange colored appetizer (sacral chakra)
Carrots meatballs with mushroom and dried tomatoes sauce

3- Raw yellow colored appetizer (solar plexus chakra)
Yellow peppers stuffed with curried couscous cauliflower and vegetables

4- Green colored first course (heart chakra)
Stuffed ricotta and spinach Spelt Ravioli with green pesto

5- Blue colored main course (throat chakra)
Lentils meatloaf with blueberry

6- Indigo colored dessert (third eye chakra)
Blackberries semifreddo

7- Meditation and fasting (crown chakra)

Ours is a small but cozy apartment on the Lugano hills, with views of Lake Lugano and Monte San Salvatore, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery near the forest Cureggia.
