Although living in Europe now, I remain influenced by my African heritage, and these dishes of mine have made a good impression among my guests. When you think of things to eat in Paris you might not consider African cuisine but I guarantee you will love the exotic flavours of my dishes while exploring the French capital! This is a wonderful experience for expats living in Paris who want to meet locals of other cultures or for visitors who want to see Paris' multicultural cuisine! African food, is indeed different in texture and taste - from starters to desserts. Through this menu, I will send you in two continents with a sense of sensation and balance. Golden salmon and peanut risotto together with a Parmesan flavored tuile (a thin curved cookie, typically made with almonds) with herbs that will create an explosion of flavors. We also will have the entre, boiled egg cooked to perfection and a taste of bananas that will transport us to Africa as well as France. And finally, a touch of crisp sweetness with my tiramisu - with 3 textures ... guaranteed good tasting!
I look forward immensely to greeting you in my home, situated in a well-located area of Paris that is well served by the metro and with parking spaces available too. This is a must try during your trip to Paris and a great way to eat with French locals!

Florent was an amazing chef! we had such an incredible experience and his food was incredible.
