This is a traditional Sri Lankan meal includes Steam Rice, ‘ambultiyal fish’ (fish cooked in a sour paste), ‘gotukola sambol’ (fresh green herb salad), ‘pol sambol’ ( scraped coconut salad), dhal curry, bean curry or any other vegetable curry. For the dessert, we will prepare the ‘watalampam’. This is one of the most popular Sri Lankan deserts, made from coconut milk and jaggery. If you have a special preference for any other meat or vegetables, you can just tell me, and I will add it to the menu. After preparing these dishes we will sit down to have the meal together. I'm looking forward to have you join me!
