I'd like to povide for guests a good experience to taste real, nice comfort food and wines from South America and a chance to meet local people.

ABOUT THEMENU

You'll be eating my own recipe for the authentic Brazilian dish of Baião-de-Dois. Baião is a type of dance here in Brazil. The dish has been named after ir because it's a "rice and bean dance"! The ingredients work together so harmoniously and will dance in your mouth! You'll be served:

Fradinho beans and white rice, served with sun dried meat, cilli, coalho cheese and coriander.
Lambão sauce
Caipirinha
Passion fruit mousse

ABOUT THELOCATION

I live at Brigadeiro Luis Antonio Avenue, one of the most important avenues of the city, conecting downtown to the Paulista region and the south-central areas.
Some of the important places to visit here are the Teatro Renault, at Brigadeiro Av., and Masp, at Paulista Avenue.

Subway: Green line. Brigadeiro Station.
When you drop off, walk till Brigadeiro Luis Antonio Avenue and turn left (to Jardins).
Walk two and half blocks and look at the blue and pink building at your right.

You can also take a cab at Avenida Paulista after dropping of subway. It's very close and you won't spend more than R$ 8 (U$$ 2,5).

My name is Jorge, I'm Renata's husband. Renata is more than a "common great cooker" at home. She's really a self-made-chef, who loves to read about food, to buy the best ingredients, to research how to harmonize spices and liquids (like wines) and, the most important, she is always avid to improve her skills everyday. And it's like that even before we met, 15 years ago. I would describe her process of making food as a triangle: to satisfy, to join and to make art. About the food... Well, where do I start? She makes unique salads, risottos and pastas. She is specialist in meat, most sirloin (hummmm), but also beef, chicken and even quail. She creates new appetizers and first courses. And the deserts, well... When you think everything was wonderful, you realize that the dessert can take you to heaven. I hope we can share that experience with more people :)
