Come and join me and my husband, Patrick for an authentic French cuisine experience. We both moved from Grenoble, France to Singapore 3 years ago because of his job and ever since then I love to indulge myself in experimenting with untested combinations in cuisine. Before moving to Singapore, I used to work in a French restaurant as a chef helper so I have mastered the various techniques from freshly seared fishes to elaborated desserts such as Chocolate souffle.
