I'm Dora, and I have been an Executive Chef for more than 30 years, and my past list of guests reads like a "Who's Who in Indianapolis List". From my early days of working for the late James L. Kittle Sr. and Allen W. Clowes, to preparing meals for NBA greats such as Chris Mullin, Reggie Miller, to feeding well known CEO's, cooking for very prominent Indianapolis families and Government Officials... Food has always been my passion. I have catered serveral events, weddings, and banquets...And I also love throwing parties and family gatherings for loved ones. I would also love to share my expertise with you through my Classic Home Cooking, cooking classes. I have an extensive knowledge of special diets including, diabetic, low carb, vegetarian, low fat, low sodium and organic. My cakes, pies and desserts are always a favourite! My favorite style of cooking is "Classic with a modern flair", but I can also prepare a variety of Gourmet, Southern/Soul food, Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Latin American dishes as well.
