We will have fun cooking together the best dishes of Roman and Italian cuisine, in a friendly atmosphere. I will show you all the secrets passed down from my grandmother to my mom and finally to me. These recipes follow tradition and my family's love for cooking and good food.
We look forward to sharing this exciting experience with you! My typical cooking demonstration is based on seasonal dishes, made using local ingredients. They usually consist of an appetizer, a main course, a second course, a side dish and a dessert. The demonstration will start in the evening from about 06.00pm till 10.30pm. If you are a beer fan, I'll have some cooled in the fridge. Feel free to bring your own wine.

Dinner at Cecilia's was such a pleasant dining experience! I would definitely recommend it because Cecilia and her husband were very easy to talk to and the food was a splendid feast! One of the best meals i have had in italy.
