The traditional Japanese cuisine is based on rice with miso soup, with side dishes that differ in accordance to the changing seasons.
I can offer a simple Japanese meal, but nonetheless, of premium quality. When cooking Japanese food, I use Koshihigari rice from Nigata, Japan, and organic eggs from New Zealand. Of course, we can't forget the miso soup, made from artisan miso and organic seasonings. You can expect meat and seafood dishes as well. Meals are served with fine Japanese porcelains from my Japanese porcelain collection.
So if you're craving for a home cooked wholesome Japanese meal here in Singapore, this will be perfect for you!

Splendid food. Very healthy. I can live for more than a 100 years if I eat this type of food everyday.

Having never tried dishes like spaghetti with homemade pesto, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. It was heartening to see Felice's passion and the immense effort that she puts into preparing a meal. She patiently shared her knowledge of cuisines and the ingredients she used with us, and I learnt a lot from her that evening! Glad I had a chance to attend this dining experience! :)

I am extremely glad to have a meal with Felice! Her house is beautifully furnished, located away from the bustling streets and the noisy traffic. She was so passionate about food that apart from trying her delicious spaghetti with homemade pesto sauce, I was so lucky to learn about the ingredients and their origins! It was a very good experience and exposure to understand more about food from an expert. She puts in so much effort into making a meal and donates the proceeds to charity. She's an inspiration! I'll definitely want to book a meal with her again :)
