I will prepare a menu that revolves mainly around non-meat products, which can also be made into purely vegetarian menu upon request.

I will prepare the following:

Appetizer- typical bruschetta with freshly cut tomatoes and fragrant herbs.
First course-Orecchiette with Cime di Rapa (a special pasta that you must try if you come to Italy!)
Second course- Various types of cheese including burrata, provolone, etc.
Dessert- Torta di cioccolato
