Aoy and Tien are 2 good friends though with a different background, yet we share many common interests and passions. We are both foodies, and passionate about food which include eating, cooking and teaching. Aoy lived in Europe for 10 years and now works in the tourism industry and Tien is a food researcher, nutritionist and mixologist who share her time between Thailand, France and New York. Our home, restaurant and cooking establishment is on a lush, beautiful property in front of the Tha Chin River. We use fresh herbs grown in our garden and sometimes from the local farms nearby for the dishes we prepare. Our home is in Raikhing, Sampran, in the Nakhon Sathom Province, about 30 km south of Bangkok. We are 2.5 km from the famous Wat Don Wai floating market where we can take you for a food tour to learn about the ingredients before cooking your meal.
