Pasta is so common not only in Italy, but also all over the world. It's a wonder how the Italian food culture has spread so far and wide! But with all that exposure to our cuisine, there is an inevitable dilution of the traditional food culture. Many nowadays, don't know how to make pasta anymore (why make your own when getting them in packs off the shelves is so much more convenient?)

But many of those mass produced pastas can never compare to handmade ones, which is why I've decided to offer this dining experience! I make pasta and the sauce for it myself, exactly the way I learnt it from my grandmother. It would be an amazing experience to share the joy of cooking with others, so head over and book a dining experience with me!

We can cook together and enjoy a hearty meal, paired with some red wine, and cheese with jam and honey (piedmont speciality!).
