Italian cheese is often incorporated into meals, an accompaniment to enhance the flavors of dishes. But that doesn't mean they can't stand on their own.
I'll be offering a selection of Italian cheese - fresh, mild and seasoned - served with bread, honey and preserves and some red wine.
Some varieties will be: Gorgonzola, Pecorino, Provola, Mozzarella, Parmigiano, Ricotta, Stracchino.

From there, we will go over to my place. After the meal I will take you back to the subway station by car.
