Hi I'm Nadya being in foreign place is not easy to find all the ingredient to use in original Thai recepies.I have to adapt the recipes to use local ingredients while still maintaining the authentic Thai taste ;) I will be cooking Tom kha Gai (tangy coconut soup with fresh Thai herbs and chicken). The taste of this dish is balance between three S'ss (Sour,Sweet & Salty).
Will served with other Thai Dish :
1.Appetizer ( Spring rolls, fried tofu stuffed, Thai Fish cake )
2.Salad (Cucumber salad)
3.Main course ( Tom kha Gai)
4.Desert (Manggo Sticky rice)
5.Will provide you a drink ( soft drink or cold /hot tea)
but can bring own bottle of wine or any other drinks.
